Recreation Area
The Hunters Creek Homeowners Association manages a recreation area for the neighborhood including a swimming pool, basketball court, pickleball court, and open areas. Access to the Recreation Facility is restricted to Hunter’s Creek recreation facility members in good standing. Guests are welcome, but should be kept to a reasonable level.
Key cards are required to enter the swimming pool, basketball court, and pickleball court. Each household should be issued a key card that will remain active as long as dues remain in good standing. The key card should be passed from seller to buyer along with the house. If you did not receive a key card or have lost it, please contact the Board to obtain a new one.
The swimming pool area includes a community swimming pool, restrooms, showers, a pavilion, tables, and chairs. The pool ranges in depth from 3′ to 5′. Food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up after yourself. Floats and toys are allowed, but should be reasonable for a pool this size.
- The pool is normally open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Adult Swim is 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and is for adults only.
- Family Swim is 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Normal pool closure is at 10:00 PM daily. It will close at 7:00 PM when it is reserved for a private party.
The pool may be reserved for private parties from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM by recreation facility members.
- Private parties are limited to 30 people.
- A rental fee of $100 will be charged to rent the pool for a private party.
- A refundable deposit of $50 will be held and released after the party if the pool area is left clean and in good condition.
- The pool is not available for private parties on 4th of July.
- To reserve the pool, please fill out the Pool Rental Agreement linked here and contact the Hunters Creek Treasurer as indicated on the form.
The basketball court and pickleball court are available on a first-come first-served basis. The courts are open throughout the year as weather permits. Please be courteous and limit your time if multiple groups want to share the court.
- Courts open at 6:00 AM.
- Courts close at 10:00 PM.
